Short description
Just a 2-minute walk from the glorious sandy beach, Novo Rosamar provides a family ambiance in a recently improved building.Built in the late 80s, the hotel is currently run by the 2nd generation of family owners.
Our indoor swimming pool, which is heated in the winter months for the convenience of our guests, has lots of space to just chill out and relax.
In our reception is a very comfortable sitting area where we have a library for our guests to borrow books and relax.
The Dom Pedro Restaurant, run by the same management 50 metres away, specialises in south Portuguese cuisine. Hotel guests receive a 10% discount.

Dom Pedro Restaurant is a family run restaurant which is run by the same management as the hotel. The restaurant serves traditional Portuguese food and a special tourist menu.

Area information
Novo Rosamar is situated in the heart of Armação de Pêra with the beach being one of the cleanest and longest in the Algarve, only 200 metres from the hotel.The hotel provides convenient access to all amenities such as banks, supermarkets, post office, chemists, local fresh vegetable and fruit and local fish markets, church, restaurants (lots of fresh sea food restaurants) bars and nightclubs.
The old part of town, which has virtually been untouched, has typical Algravian style houses, small streets, quaint family run snack bars and restaurants, plus you can go to the fisherman's beach where you can watch the local fishermen at work or even go out on their boats for a trip to the famous sea caves.
Tourists information
By Car:On leaving Faro Airport:
-Head in the direction of Lagos.
-Follow signs to the A22 and follow all signs to Portimão and Lagos.
-After 56km you will come to the exit for Armação de Pêra (Alcantarilha).
-Follow signs to Armação de Pêra (5km) from the motorway.
-On the entrance to Armação, go straight ahead until you reach the water fountain roundabout (4th roundabout).
-Turn left.
-At the top of the road the road turns right.
-Follow this road for about 200 metres and you will find the hotel on the right-hand side with 3 palm trees outside.

Payment Information:Payment is to be made on the day of arrival by cash or credit card.
We inform that the Hotel is currently being remodeled, in the following areas:
- The upper floors until May of 2008;
- The pool (Intense Remodeling) until January of 2008;

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 7.50 per night and person for extra beds.
