The shopping centre is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.

The hotel restaurant opens daily for a buffet breakfast from 07:30 until 10:00. Lunch is served from 12:30 until 14:00 with a choice of set menus or à la carte. Buffet dinner is served from 18:30 until 21:00. Besides the daily buffet, vegetarian dishes and à la carte service are also available.

By Car:- Take the dual carriageway, following the signs for Funchal.
- Exit left at the signpost for Funchal/Hospital/Porto.

- At the traffic lights, turn right towards Lido/Câmara de Lobos and stay on the main road called Estrada Monumental.
- After 1 km driving you will see a sign for beach lido area.
